Ana Marija von Bovin ist ein trockener Roséwein aus Sangiovese und Cabernet Sauvignon, der eine kurze Kaltmazeration durchläuft, aus der zarte, intensive Roséfarbe gewonnen wird. Die Nase ist voll von Rosen, Walderdbeerkirschen und Granatapfel. Obwohl am Gaumen ein Hauch von Restzucker vorhanden ist, unterstützen frische Früchte die Süsse. Der attraktive Duftmix der Frische und der mittleren Süsse machen ihn zu einem idealen Sommergetränk. |

Ana Marija di Bovin è un vino rosato secco a base di Sangiovese e Cabernet Sauvignon che subisce una breve macerazione a freddo da cui si ottiene un colore rosa delicato e intenso. Il naso è ricco di rose, fragoline di bosco e melograno. Sebbene al palato vi sia un accenno di zucchero residuo, la frutta fresca sostiene la dolcezza. L'attraente mix di freschezza e dolcezza media ne fanno una bevanda estiva ideale. |

Ana Marija de Bovin est un vin rosé sec à base de sangiovese et de cabernet sauvignon qui subit une courte macération à froid à partir de laquelle une couleur rose délicate et intense est obtenue. Le nez est plein de roses, de cerises aux fraises des bois et de grenade. Bien qu'il y ait un soupçon de sucre résiduel en bouche, les fruits frais soutiennent la douceur. Le mélange attrayant de fraîcheur et de douceur moyenne en fait une boisson estivale idéale. |

Tikveš Wine Region
The Tikveš wine sub-region is situated on the same longitude as Toscana in Italy, Bordeaux in France and the Napa valley in the USA. It is one of the biggest regions in Macedonia by square area and it is situated at latitude of 41-42˚. The climate is mixed, Continental-Mediterranean. The south of the Tikveš region is dominated by a Mediterranean climate featuring long and hot summers.
To the north there is a predominant continental climate with mild and wet winters. The mean annual temperature is 13.3˚C, while during the vegetation period it is 18˚C. In the summer the temperature may reach over 40˚C. The mean precipitation during the vegetation period amounts to 300-500 mm.
The Tikveš region is “protected” on three sides by mountains which prevent the northern winds from reaching the vineyards. The following types of soil prevail in the Tikves region: Rendzina, Vertisol, deluvial, alluvial soil and Terra Rosa.

Established in 1998, as a first family owned winery in Macedonia, Bovin Winery in Negotino has continually grown to reach an overall annual output of 1.2 million liters of wine. Under the direction of the Winery’s professional management team this ambitious objective was reached in 2008.
